WHO CAN BE NOMINATED?

Any non-managerial hospitality service employee (front OR back of house) or volunteer that falls into one of the following categories: Accommodations, Attractions, Retail, Restaurants, Transportation or Corporate.

WHO SHOULD I NOMINATE?

Nominating a staff member or volunteer for the ROSE Awards presented by United Water gives your company the opportunity to celebrate your best employee or volunteers' outstanding service to your company.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR IN A NOMINEE?

We want your best of the best! The following criteria needs to be considered:

	Any employee who goes above and beyond
	Workplace knowledge/attitude
	Meets or exceeds customer's expectations
	Handles problems effectively
*Some businesses in the past have nominated an employee of the month, employee of the year, or an associate who has proven themselves as a true hospitality professional.

HOW DO I NOMINATE?

EACH NOMINEE RECEIVES:

	Special notification of nomination prior to event
	Complementary Carey Limousine transportation to and from the event (for nominee and a guest)
	Congratulatory letter from Mayor Ballard and ICVA CEO Don Welsh
	Special ROSE honoree pin
	Welcome Reception prior to the Award ceremony
	Incredible evening of food and entertainment that celebrates and recognizes the nominee and company they are affiliated with
	Award certificate
	Commemorative DVD highlighting the evenings events
	Special recognition on the ROSE Awards website
