ROSE is an acronym that stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence.
We encourage all of our partners to support and participate by nominating an outstanding employee or volunteer for this distinguished honor. This marquee event recognizing the contributions of hospitality industry workers and volunteers throughout the city.
ROSE Award honorees are true goodwill ambassadors for their companies and the city. We hope you will take the opportunity to recognize your employees or volunteers who exemplify service excellence by nominating up to two of them for this prestigious award.
The mission of the ROSE Awards is to honor non-managerial hospitality employees or volunteers who provide excellent customer service. These industry champions, through one-on-one or behind-the-scenes contact, positively influence a visitor's experience in Indianapolis.
The ROSE Awards could not take place without the generous support of our sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities are available at all levels and we invite your participation.
We thank those who have supported the event in the past and hope you will be able to participate by submitting nominations and/or sponsoring our event. As always, we are grateful for your partnership with Visit Indy and appreciate all you do for us throughout the year.
